The stator laminations are bonded together to get lower iron loss and improve motor efficiency with better performance. The stator silicon steel sheet can be punched by stamping mold or EDM wire cutting;

Due to the stator bonding lamination technology has been applied, it do not need to design the inter-lock or welding to laminate the sheet together, so its core loss will be lower;
